Advocates, known as counsel, where appropriate are recommend and instructed, along with expert witnesses such as forensic scientists, psychologist and other doctors.

They are instructed as soon as is relavent without the need to seek approval of any other authorities other than the client. If we believe an Advocate or Expert witnesses is required in our client’s case we will recommend that they are instructed to ensure that at all times the best possible outcome for our client is sought to be secured.
